We received our preliminary plans last week and have our appointment tomorrow. Good to see where everything is sitting including taps, the gas hot water system, meterbox and watertank. We will be adding an additional tap to the left side of the house as we have a side yard here.
Changes we made in our tender were:
- Addition of external garage door
- Removal of double linen in hall (cutting into walk-in robe on opposite side) and addition of double and singlet linen in hall furniture recess
- Shampoo recess in bathroom and ensuite
