Handover Tomorrow :)

PCI went well on Friday - we only picked up a few things to be fixed and only a couple of extra items were picked up in our independent inspector report. The list included:

• replacing some of the drawers in our walk in robe as they weren't closing properly
• fixing a shower head leak
• repair to the top kitchen drawer
• brick patch-ups to be cleaned (including some paint on the bricks) 
• Silicone replaced around the laundry door
• One minor paint touch-up
• Sealant in expansion joint in back door sill brickwork

The week before at our pre-PCI inspection we went through and marked up all the paint touch-ups and our independent inspector only picked up one additional fix so I think we did pretty well!

We also had our trenches dug over the weekend for our retaining wall and fence on the right side and at the back.

We were given a gift from McDonald Jones which was some nice towels, soap dispenser and toilet brush. Handover has been scheduled for 2.30pm tomorrow, Thursday 26 November!
