We will be contacted in the next few weeks to arrange our initial walk-through in the colour studio (can't wait!). This is a 1.5 hour appointment to get all our folders of upgrades/pricing etc. and understand the process. Colour selection apparently takes at least 5 hours, so lucky we can get started on some decision-making and go in as organised as possible! We also went past our estate today. It has been 4-5 weeks since we were there last when we purchased our block and wow they have done a lot! Last time our release area was still covered in trees and sheep. The estate was gated as it was a construction zone, though we and I know a few others took some sneaky drives in when the gates were open for workers, when all the roads were in. Since then the whole front area of the estate is open and pretty much finished. I know some of the first releases are now registered so some houses should be starting soon. We were able to drive right up to where the new construction gate is and were lucky enough to locate and stand on our street!
